- Standard processing time: 2–5 business days for ready-made items
- Custom sculptures or made-to-order pieces: 10–30 business days, depending on complexity and quantity

- Australia / Asia-Pacific: 10–20 business days

📦 Shipping Costs

We carefully over-pack and cushion all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All shipments are fully insured during transit.
If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
