Description
The Terracotta Army is first molded into a basic form, and then shaped by hand to perfect the details, such as facial expressions, clothing textures, etc. The Terracotta Army is made in sections and then assembled. The terracotta warriors are made in sections and then assembled, including the head, torso, limbs, etc., which are molded separately and then put together. When firing, high temperature kiln firing technology is used to make them hard. Some of the Terracotta Army surfaces were also painted with brilliant colors, and although most of the colors have faded due to oxidation since they were unearthed, they still show the mastery of the original craftsmanship.
