Description

Design and modeling: first conceptualize the Monkey King shape, with the help of 3D modeling software or hand-drawn sketches to determine the posture, proportion and other details, to ensure that it is in line with the “Return of the King” theme style.
Casting: Lost wax casting method and other techniques are used. The wax mold is made by heating and melting the wax and then injecting it into the mold to form the shape, and then carving the details of the wax mold; then the shell is made by applying refractory materials to the surface of the wax mold several times, and then heating it after drying to make the wax melt and flow out to form a hollow shell; then pouring melted brass into the shell, and then obtaining the blank after it cools down and solidifies.
Trimming and sanding: Remove excess parts such as sprue and riser on the surface of the blank, and polish it from rough to fine with files, sandpaper and other tools, so as to make the surface smooth and even and highlight the outline and details of the modeling.
Surface treatment: can be polished to give the brass surface a bright luster; or through chemical agents to create a sense of antiquity and vicissitude; can also be used in gilding, inlay and other crafts to add magnificence and uniqueness.
