It is also possible to make handmade sketches or small clay models before digital modeling .
Mold production: Silicone molds or plaster molds are commonly used. If silicone molds are used, the 3D model will be processed first to create a prototype for mold turning, and after applying a mold release agent to the surface of the prototype, the silicone material will be applied layer by layer, and then after the silicone is cured, it will be disassembled to get a mold that can be used for casting. Gypsum mold making is to pour the adjusted gypsum paste into the prototype around, to be solidified after the gypsum disassembled, to obtain the mold .
Fusion casting molding: the bronze raw materials (generally copper and tin and other metal alloys) into the furnace heated to about 1000 ℃, so that it is completely melted into a liquid state.
